Critical Mass, the CBSM section newsletter, invites submissions for our Spring 2021 issue. We welcome short essays related to social movements, with a particular interest in essays that address social class and/or the social psychological aspects of activism. Please keep these pieces under 750 words.

In addition, this issue will include information about upcoming panels and events at the ASA’s 2021 Annual Meeting. We invite you to send us announcements about panels, conferences prior to the ASA meeting, as well as other events that connect to collective behavior and social movements. Lastly, we would love to hear about recent publications of articles and books, calls for papers, funding opportunities, and other news pertinent to CBSM members.
